We provide skilled nursing, home health aide, live-in care, and related health and personal care services to clients in the Chicago metropolitan area.

6. Illinois Law — Additional Protections
In addition to HIPAA, we comply with applicable Illinois privacy laws, including:

- Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act (740 ILCS 110): Mental health records receive the highest level of confidentiality protection and will not be disclosed without specific written consent except as permitted by law.
- Illinois AIDS Confidentiality Act (410 ILCS 305): HIV/AIDS-related information is strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with written consent or as expressly permitted by statute.

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Care services for minor clients are conducted under the written authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. Changes will apply to PHI we already hold as well as information we receive in the future. We will post the revised Notice on our website and will make the new Notice available upon request. The effective date at the top of this Notice indicates when it was last revised.
